3. Terms & Conditions – NEXT GATE GROUP

Article 1 – Definitions

  1. NEXT GATE GROUP: the company providing hospitality and digital services.

  2. Client: any natural or legal person purchasing services.

  3. Services: catering, AI chatbots, reservations, and other hospitality activities.

Article 2 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements, and service deliveries by NEXT GATE GROUP.

Article 3 – Quotations and agreements

  • Quotations are non-binding and valid for 30 days.

  • An agreement is established after written confirmation.

Article 4 – Prices and payments

  • All prices are excluding VAT, unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment term: 14 days after invoice date.

  • In case of late payment, statutory interest and collection costs may be charged.

Article 5 – Delivery of services

  • NEXT GATE GROUP delivers services to the best of its ability.

  • The client is responsible for providing correct and timely information and files.

Article 6 – Cancellation

  • Catering: cancellation within 7 days = 50% of costs; within 48 hours = 100%.

  • Digital services: once started, a project cannot be cancelled free of charge.

Article 7 – Liability

  • NEXT GATE GROUP is not liable for indirect damages (loss of profit, reputation).

  • Liability is limited to the invoice amount of the service concerned.

Article 8 – Privacy and data

  • NEXT GATE GROUP processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

  • The client remains responsible for the content of files provided.

Article 9 – Intellectual property

  • All rights to scripts, software, and content developed by NEXT GATE GROUP remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Article 10 – Applicable law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
